The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Roberto Velasco Álvarez, received this morning at the Foreign Ministry the ambassadors of the member States of the League of Arab States accredited in Mexico: Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, and Qatar.
During the meeting, the head of Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Mexico’s commitment to close and constructive dialogue, and to an agenda that promotes trade, investment, and educational and cultural cooperation, making use of the existing political consultation mechanisms.
