Thank you to the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, for the warm welcome in Bucharest.
In our meeting, we discussed ways to deepen the close ties and cooperation between Israel and Romania across a very wide range of fields, and the possibilities for expanding them in the future.
We also spoke about the importance of the ongoing fight against antisemitism and Holocaust denial around the world, and about the significant steps Romania has taken to address these reprehensible and abhorrent phenomena. 🇮🇱🇷🇴
