Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ Greece is a consequential partner in EU enlargement, bordering several candidate countries. In Athens with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, I discussed recent positive developments in Montenegro, Albania, Ukraine, Moldova, as well as the wider EU path for the Western Balkans.

The Greek government is highly engaged in the enlargement process, especially in the Western Balkans, and will play a crucial role in driving progress during its Council Presidency at an important juncture next year.
We also talked about possible steps to continue building confidence between Türkiye and all EU Member States, particularly Cyprus.
