Trump says the US will give Kyiv the “the right to make” Patriot air-defence missiles as he met Ukraine’s Zelenskyy at the NATO summit.
– “So one of the things we’re going to be talking about is we’re going to give a licence to you to make Patriots. That’s pretty cool, right. This way you can’t complain that we’re not giving them enough,” Trump told Zelenskyy.
– “We’ll give them the right to make Patriots. We’ll show them how to do it,” Trump said as he met Zelenskyy at the NATO summit in Turkiye. “I think they can produce them pretty quickly.”
