Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the ongoing situation in the Gulf and Ukraine during a phone call with United Arab Emirates President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to the Kremlin.
– It added that Putin had expressed his gratitude to the UAE for its role in organising exchanges of prisoners of war and detainees between Russia and Ukraine.
