35 years of cooperation and a meeting in the place where it all began. Weimar hosted the anniversary meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Poland, France and Germany as part of the Weimar Triangle. 🇵🇱🇫🇷🇩🇪
The talks focused primarily on European security – support for Ukraine 🇺🇦, hybrid threats and Russia’s aggressive actions, cyber threats and FIMI, as well as the situation in the Middle East and security in the Strait of Hormuz.
🇪🇺 The Ministers also discussed the competitiveness of the European economy and the need to strengthen ‘Made in Europe’ industry.
The Weimar Triangle remains an important format for cooperation on European security, with transatlantic relations continuing to be a key element of this cooperation.
