In Cali, Foreign Minister Carlos Espá took part in a camaraderie dinner of the Pacific Alliance, a demonstration of the consensus among the four member countries to promote, in the coming weeks through specific actions, regional integration for the benefit of their citizens. Peru will assume the presidency next December.
