Today, I announce that Norway will allocate $400 million to support Ukraine’s urgent needs this winter.
Homes must be heated, meals prepared, children educated, civil servants paid, and health care kept running.
In 2026, Norway will provide $1.5 in civilian and humanitarian aid to Ukraine and Moldova. Priorities include energy security, budget support, humanitarian assistance, and business development.
Norway’s total support for 2026 amounts to $8 billion.
