In my speech to the General Assembly of the United Nations, I emphasized the importance of the international legal order, at a time of gross violations of international law.
It is up to the middle powers to take the lead in fostering more international cooperation. With the starting point that international law works for everyone, or for no one.
I also spoke about the need for ambitious climate measures. The time for looking away is truly over.
