The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mullah Amir Khan Muttaqi, met with Mr. Hafizuddin Ahmed, the Speaker of the Parliament of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, in Tehran.
In this meeting, discussions took place regarding the expansion of bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Bangladesh, particularly the growth of commercial ties.
The Foreign Minister of the country described the bilateral trade capacities between Afghanistan and Bangladesh as significant and emphasized that these opportunities should be utilized for the economic growth of both countries.
The Speaker of the Parliament of Bangladesh described the relations between the two countries as ancient and considered the expansion of commercial ties a good opportunity for both sides in the economic reconstruction of Afghanistan.
