The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, received the Bureau of the Pan-African Parliament, led by its President, Hon. Dr Fatih Boutbig. The Chairperson welcomed the Bureau to Addis Ababa and reaffirmed the Commission’s readiness to work closely with the Pan-African Parliament in advancing continental priorities. Both sides agreed on the need for closer cooperation between the Commission and the Parliament to support the effective implementation of Agenda 2063 and advance Africa’s integration and development objectives.
