Today, I met with the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and conveyed the sincere greetings and best wishes of the President of our country, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Kazakhstan is not just our neighbour, but a close friend, a reliable strategic partner, and an ally. I would like to express my gratitude to Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich for the warm welcome and commitment to further strengthening the bonds of friendship between our countries.
Together with my colleague, Roman Sklyar, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we exchanged views on the current state and future prospects of Uzbek-Kazakh cooperation.
We agreed to establish more flexible and effective mechanisms of interaction between our presidential administrations to ensure that all agreements reached at the highest level are implemented consistently and effectively.
