Foreign Minister Carlos Pareja spoke with H.M. King Felipe VI as part of the events marking the handover of power in Costa Rica. The King expressed his interest in our country’s democratic process and voiced his desire to be present at the inauguration ceremonies of the new Government. Foreign Minister Pareja assured him that he would be most welcome in Peru.
