– Fighting between Israel and the Lebanese group Hezbollah started afresh on March 2 against the backdrop of the US-Israeli war on Iran.

– On April 23, the US announced a three-week extension of the fragile truce agreed between Lebanon and Israel, but without the participation of Hezbollah.

– Hezbollah’s leader on Monday rejected the talks with Israel, saying they would lead to instability.
