Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Majed al-Ansari, says that escalation amid the ongoing war “will not bring peace or security”.
– Speaking at a news conference in Doha, he said Israel is adding to the “continued circle of escalation”.
– Al-Ansari said that Israel is “violating” Lebanon’s sovereignty on a daily basis, continuing to “perpetrate crimes in the Gaza Strip” as well as “taking advantage” of the current situation in the occupied West Bank with Israeli settlers’ attacks and assaults against the Palestinians.
