The United States conflict with Iran has seriously impacted domestic processes in the United States, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Vienna-based international organizations Mikhail Ulyanov said, commenting on the US midterm elections.
– “The unjustifiable aggression against Iran significantly influenced domestic developments in the US. It was a free choice of the current US Administration,” he wrote on X.
– US President Donald Trump acknowledged earlier that the Republicans’ defeat in the country’s midterm elections was “largely” due to the war with Iran.
