The relationship between Bolivia and Chile is no longer just state-to-state: now it is also between governorships, to promote joint public policies and give greater agility to the regions that share the border.
It is a very rich border. Most of the mining from Oruro and Potosí reaches the Pacific through Chile, and we need a fluid relationship so that those minerals return as dollars to Bolivia.
